Question and answer

Teeth pain ki homeopathic medicine

Homeopathic products do not remove the dental causes of tooth pain, such as decay, pulp inflammation, a crack, or an abscess.

The short answer

Tooth pain needs a cause-based dental assessment. Homeopathic remedies may be marketed for pain, but they cannot repair decayed enamel, remove infected pulp, seal a crack, or drain an abscess.

What problems can lie behind persistent tooth pain?

Pain can arise from dentin sensitivity, inflammation of the pulp inside the tooth, infection around the root, gum disease, trauma, or jaw-muscle strain. The treatment depends on which tissue is affected.

What can you do while waiting for dental assessment?

Rinse gently, remove trapped food, avoid very hot or cold triggers, and use a pain reliever only if it is suitable for you and taken according to its label. Do not place aspirin or caustic substances on the gum.

When does tooth pain require prompt dental attention?

Seek prompt care for pain that persists, wakes you, worsens with biting, or comes with swelling, fever, bad taste, or difficulty swallowing. Facial swelling with breathing difficulty is an emergency.

What should you ask about the tooth and its treatment?

Ask whether the pulp is inflamed or infected, whether an X-ray is needed, and whether the tooth needs a filling, root canal treatment, drainage, or removal.

Frequently asked questions

Can homeopathy cure a cavity?

No. A cavity requires removal of damaged tissue and a restoration when treatment is indicated.

Why does pain stop and then return?

Pulp inflammation can change over time; temporary relief does not prove the cause has resolved.
