Gentle gum care woven floss

Gently guide woven floss between each tooth, curve it around the tooth, and move it against both sides instead of snapping it into the gum.

This refers to cleaning the interdental spaces and the sulcus, the shallow groove where gum meets tooth. Woven floss can suit contacts that need a broader, softer surface.

Ease the floss through the contact, curve it into a C shape, and use short strokes below the gum edge. If the space is open, ask about an interdental brush.

Arrange an examination if bleeding, swelling, pain, pus, or bad breath persists despite gentle daily cleaning.
