Akal daad pain relief

Akal daad means a wisdom tooth, or third molar, and pain can arise from inflamed gum, decay, infection, or difficult eruption.

A partly erupted molar can have a gum flap that traps plaque and food.

Clean gently around the tooth, use a cold pack outside the cheek, and arrange an examination.

Seek urgent care for facial swelling, fever, limited opening, or trouble swallowing or breathing.

Ask whether the tooth has space, whether imaging is needed, and whether removal is appropriate.
