Bleach pro whitening

Bleach Pro refers to a peroxide tooth-whitening product; its use should follow the product instructions and a dental assessment of teeth and gums.

Peroxide whitening breaks down stain molecules in natural enamel and dentine. It cannot change the colour of fillings, crowns, bridges or veneers, and the concentration, contact time, tray fit and tooth condition affect the result and symptoms.

Check the label and use only the supplied amount and duration. Do not place gel on inflamed gums, swallow it, combine whitening products, or use it over untreated decay or leaking restorations.

Stop and seek dental advice for significant burning, swelling, persistent sensitivity, or pain from one tooth. A dentist should assess pregnancy, gum disease, decay and restorations before treatment.

Ask which peroxide concentration is present, whether your tray fits, which restorations will remain unchanged, and how to manage sensitivity or gum contact.
